TeleHealth Consultation

Our Telehealth consultation allows you to get in touch without having to attend a practice. TeleHealth consultations are phone or webcam-based consultations that will take up to 20 minutes. There is no physical therapy involved in these consultations.

Fees:
Each TeleHealth appointment is $60.00

During a Consultation

During your consultation, your chiropractor may take a detailed history report, conduct a thorough investigation into your condition and send you a referral for any further tests required.

You may then be given a diagnosis and/or management advice that can include stretches, exercises, prescription and general care.

You may be asked to download our rehabilitation application, from there, we load a personal care plan into the app that consists of various stretches, exercises and care for you to follow at home.

Exercises will include videos so you can do them properly. We’ll also be able to check in on your progress via the app.

Please note:

• No hands-on therapy can be provided in this consultation.

• More than one consultation may be required in order to help you with your problem.

• Book your appointment 24 hours prior to your desired appointment time.

• The information provided in these consultations is provided without the completion of a physical examination, errors of diagnosis can be made without the completion of a thorough physical examination. Therefore we encourage all participants in our TeleHealth consultations to seek a thorough physical examination prior to booking their TeleHealth consultation.

• All information is from the opinion of the consulting practitioner; it is the duty of the patient to seek further opinion during an in-house consultation with another practitioner if their condition is not improving with the advice provided.
