What can I expect during the first session?

Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out our ‘History & Questions Form’. A series of examinations and checks are then performed. Such as looking for swelling, vertebral segment palpation, and relevant orthopaedic and neurological assessments.

Adjustments are accurately and meticulously delivered to the problem area. It’s normal to feel sore initially and it usually resolves within 2 days. Each visit will be of immediate and long-term benefit in supporting you in functional and optimal health.

  • If you have any spinal x-rays or scans (even if they are old) they may be useful. Please bring them along.
